Next Level Apparel has developed fourteen custom fabrics over the years. Each has their own unique characteristics, but bottom line: they'll feel awesome and fit great.
Fine Jersey
- 100% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton
- 90/10 Cotton/Polyester in color Heather Gray
- This fabric is comfortable and lightweight. This is the preferred fabric retailers/printers/customisers wants on their t-shirt because the ink prints well.

Lightweight Jersey
- 100% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton
- This lightweight fabric extraordinarily soft and stretchy so it recovers well even after many washes. Pre-washed for reduced shrinkage.
CVC Jersey
- 60% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton 40% Polyester
- Certainly one of the favourites, the Original CVC is a top-of-the-line fabric that stands up to consistent wear without sacrificing the soft feel everyone loves.

Sueded Jersey
- 60% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton 40% Polyester
- This fabric has a unique suede finish, creating an exceptionally soft feel that you won't find in any cotton tee.

Spandex Jersey
- 57% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton 38% Polyester 5% Spandex
- Soft, comfortable fabric with great stretch and memory. If you're looking for something a bit more form-fitting, then this is the way to go.
Lightweight French Terry
- 50% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton 50% Polyester
- Extremely soft and comfortable. It has good moisture-wicking properties thus keeping you cool and dry. Fabric of choice for layering since it's lighter than a typical sweatshirt.
Tri-Blend Jersey
- 50% Polyester 25% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton 25% Rayon
- The jack-of-all-trades when it comes to fabrics. This fabric is incredibly soft with great drape, stretch, and recovery so it doesn't crumple and shrink after many washes. Perfect for everyday use.

65/35 Poly Cotton Heathers
- 65% Polyester 35% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton
- This super silky fabric is lightweight yet durable, even for sublimation design printing.

Burnout Jersey
- 65% Polyester 35% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton
- This unique fabric is has a fashionable "acid washed" look that has great stretch, comfort and softness.
Waffle Thermal
- 60% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton 40% Polyester
- This lightweight waffle thermal has a low profile so it won't look puffed, creating a soft and supple hand feel. Perfect for when you want to keep warm on cold days
Light Weight Poly Cotton Jersey
- 60% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton 40% Polyester
- This fine gauge blended semi-sheer fabric has an ultra-soft hand feel and could be printed on in any number of ways.

Mock Twist Jersey
- 60% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton 40% Polyester
- A soft and silky fabric with a snowy textured look. Perfect for the sporty-casual lifestyle.
Inspired Dye

- The garment dye process allows for softer shades and finishes to capture the lived-in, worn-out look and feel of your favorite vintage tees.
